Courier Partners & Tracking

We ship across Pin Codes using reliable courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become visible, especially during high-volume periods. If tracking information is unavailable or delayed, rest assured that your package is on its way and will be delivered as soon as possible.

Undelivered Packages and Refunds

In the rare event that a package is undeliverable, we will automatically process a full refund after the parcel is returned to us. If you haven’t received your package the expected delivery date, please check your tracking information, verify your shipping address, or contact us to resolve the issue.

For customers with previous Return-to-Origin (RTO) records, we reserve the right to cancel future orders to the same address.
